How iDraft protects the money in your account.

iDraft holds customer deposits and contest winnings in trust for you, in a segregated bank account kept separate from the money iDraft uses to run its business. These funds belong to the customers whose balances they represent — they are not iDraft’s property and are not available to iDraft’s creditors. iDraft does not commingle customer funds with its operating funds or use them for any operating purpose, and our controls are designed to prevent unauthorized withdrawals by iDraft or anyone else.

You can request a withdrawal at any time, whether your account is open or closed. Withdrawal requests are honored by the later of five (5) business days of the request, or ten (10) business days after you submit any tax paperwork required by law — unless iDraft has a good-faith concern about fraud or a rules violation, in which case we may pause for a reasonable investigation and will tell you. A withdrawal is considered honored once iDraft has processed it, even if final delivery is delayed by a payment processor or financial institution.

If you believe funds in your account have been misallocated, compromised, or mishandled, please use our complaint process.
