Complaints

iDraft wants to resolve any problem you have with your account or with a contest. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect. It applies to every iDraft customer and meets the consumer-complaint requirements of the states where iDraft operates.

How to File a Complaint

You may submit a complaint about any aspect of iDraft’s operation — including contests, scoring, payouts, deposits, withdrawals, or your account — by any of the following:

  • Email: support@idraft.net
  • In-app or website support chat, where available; or
  • Written mail to iDraft LLC at the address listed in our Terms of Use.

Please include your account email, a description of the issue, the contest or transaction involved (if any), and what resolution you are seeking.

How iDraft Responds

  • Within ten (10) business days, iDraft will respond to your complaint in writing. If we are not able to grant the resolution you requested, our response will explain the reasons with specificity.
  • If we need more information, our response will state specifically what is needed. Once you provide it, iDraft will respond again within seven (7) days.

Recordkeeping

iDraft retains complaints and its responses for at least four (4) years and makes these records available to state regulators where required by law.
